Description
Orfeo Water Glass
The handcrafted crystal water glasses of the Orfeo collection complete a serie of glasses characterized by a studied and unpredictable design, inspired by the ancient forms of Greek ceramics.
Orfeo collection
The shape of the Orfeo goblets, which evokes that of the cups used by the ancient Greeks to drink wine, is a reference to the ancient civilizations of the Mediterranean. The evocative name Orfeo refers to a mythological hero who lives between Apollonian and Dionysian, between rationality and passion. It is no coincidence that the collection was born in the splendid Filicudi, jewel island of the Aeolian Islands whose history is closely linked to many great names in art and culture.
